G'day, I'm AJ. Licensed electrical contractor (EC 9715), based out of the SE corridor. I run the family electrical business out here — Canning Vale, Southern River, Harrisdale, Piara Waters, Thornlie, Huntingdale, Willetton, Langford.

Not an Eastern States call centre with a Canning Vale landing page slapped on top. It's me, the old man, and the crew — working local, answering the phone ourselves.
Why I'm out here
SE Perth is its own kind of work. Most of it isn't fancy commercial fit-outs — it's houses that grew faster than their switchboards.
Typical call: 1998 brick-and-tile, original board, owner now has ducted aircon, induction cooktop, a Tesla in the driveway, and a granny flat out back for mum. Safety switch trips whenever someone runs the dryer while the AC kicks over.
They've called two sparkies who said "swap the RCD." That's not the fix. The fix is sitting down with the actual load profile and designing a board that handles what's there now — plus what's coming next.
Multi-gen households are normal here
Half my Canning Vale, Harrisdale and Southern River jobs are multi-generational. Granny flats out the back. Side extensions for adult kids. Sometimes a fully separate dwelling on a sub-board with its own meter.
Sub-board install, RCD sizing for the new circuits, lighting and power runs, smoke alarm interconnect across both buildings. Quoted as one job, done as one job.
What EC 9715 actually means
EC 9715 is my electrical contractor's licence with WA Building & Energy. I'm qualified, insured, and personally on the hook for every job. No "our electricians did it" cop-out. No subbie disappearing the day after.
