Based in Canning Vale, I cover a focused patch of south-east Perth — from Thornlie down to Piara Waters. Staying local means faster response, better local knowledge, and no inflated travel fees.
Canning Vale Base
I work out of Canning Vale and service a focused area of SE Perth. This keeps travel time down and lets me respond faster.
Older Core (70s-90s)
These suburbs have older housing stock — 70s through 90s builds. The work here is often switchboard upgrades, RCD retrofits, rental compliance, and capacity work as loads have grown beyond the original spec.
Growth Ring (2000s-2010s)
Newer than the core suburbs, but often outgrowing their original electrical capacity. Solar, EVs, pools, and granny flats have pushed these boards to their limits.
Newer Estate (2010s+)
The newest builds in my service area. Most have solar from new and boards that can handle current loads. Work here is typically add-ons — EV chargers, alfresco power, smart-home prep.
