Ceiling fan installation — Canning Vale and SE Perth
New ceiling fans, fan replacements, and fan-light combos. Properly mounted and wired so they don't wobble, rattle, or fall down.
Perth summers need ceiling fans
Ceiling fans move air cheaper than running the AC all day. A good fan in each bedroom and living area makes a real difference to comfort and power bills.
Installation is straightforward — but fans need to be mounted to a proper fan brace in the ceiling, not just screwed into plasterboard. If there's no existing brace, I install one.
What's involved
About fan braces
Ceiling fans are heavy and they spin. They need to be mounted to a proper fan brace — a metal bracket that spans between ceiling joists and can handle the weight and vibration. If your ceiling doesn't have one, I install it as part of the job.
Your fan or mine?
You can supply the fan yourself (Bunnings, online, wherever) or I can source one for you. Either way, I recommend brands like Mercator, Martec, or Fanco — they're reliable and have good warranty support.
If you're buying your own, make sure it comes with all the mounting hardware and the warranty card.
